Nicholas Knight has more than 20 years of experience in graphic design and illustration, so he's a natural at teaching our Adobe Creative Suite courses.

Nicholas is extremely creative, and many aspects of his life feed his creativity: He is a painter and an illustrator, has a couple of dogs and a cat, and enjoys wine tasting, craft beers, traveling and playing pool with his girlfriend.

Nicholas' dream job is to be a Formula 1 race car driver! Keep an eye out for him on the highway, as he might be practicing his racing skills on the Kansas City roads. He grew up around cars and the Sports Car Club of America. Topping his bucket list is driving on "The Ring" race track in Germany.

Nicholas most enjoys teaching the Adobe Illustrator graphic design courses at JCCC. "Illustrator seems to 'click' for the students, and they seem to have the most fun with the class projects," he said, adding that "being an instructor is worth it to see the students' faces light up when they learn a new concept or tool in Adobe."
