- Accessing Ed2Go Online Courses
Thank you for registering in a course with our online education partner, Ed2Go. Your six-week course consists of 12 lessons, released on Wednesdays and Fridays each week.
The first lesson will be available on the course start date.
How to Access Your Ed2Go Online Course:
- Sign into your JCCC Continuing Education account.
- If you do not know your user ID or password, use the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” links. Both options will send an email message with instructions to the email address you used when you registered for the class.
- Once you are signed into your account, select “My Account” drop-down menu.
- Select “Registrations” to view your registration history. The online class should appear in this list.
- Under the far-right column labeled "Options,” click on the link “Access Course” to be directed to your online classroom, where you can view your upcoming courses, previous courses, and active courses.
Taking a Final Exam
The final exam in a course can be taken and submitted only once. However, if you want to print (or download) the final exam for review prior to submission:- Open the final exam module, click “Start Assessment,” then click “Get Started.”
- Once you are within the exam, click the printer icon on the upper right of the screen to print a copy of the exam, or you can save a copy as a PDF. After printing, use the back button to exit the final exam without submitting your answers.
- Once you are confident with your answers, go back and “Resume” the final exam to complete the test and submit your answers.
Securing your Course Certificate
Upon completion of your course, click the “Certificate” button. You will be given an option to complete a survey or decline it. If you decline, your certificate will come up in a new screen for you to download or print. If you take the survey, the certificate will come up when you submit your survey response.
- If you are using a mobile device — including iPhones, iPads and other devices — you may not be able to view the certificate properly.
- The certificate is a PDF, so it can only be viewed or printed if you have an up-to-date version of Acrobat Reader installed.
- You can access and print your certificate as many times as you'd like.
- If you decline the survey, you cannot go back and complete it later. However if you wish to provide feedback about your course, email the Student Support team at Ed2go.support@cengage.com
If you have problems accessing your course, or if you have any questions, email CE Registration.
