Eight programs within JCCC Workforce Development & Continuing Education are approved to receive KC Scholars funding.
KC Scholars provides adult learners with tuition assistance for specific job training in high-paying and high-demand industries.
With the support of Great Jobs KC, adults 17 and older can learn faster, develop the skills needed to earn $45,000-$85,000 annually, and begin a fulfilling career in one year or less.
KC Scholars also provides access to support services including childcare and transportation to ensure that nothing gets in the way of completing the program and achieving goals.

- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A
- Cybersecurity Certificate
- Data Analyst I Professional Certificate
- ECG Technician Program
- Full Stack Web Development Certificate
- GED Test Prep
- Phlebotomy Technician Program
- Project Management Certificate
Who Qualifies?
If you:
- Earn less than $45,000 annually
- Live in one of six counties in the KC metro area
- Missouri: Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte
- Kansas: Johnson, Wyandotte
