JCCC’s Academic Resource Center (ARC) is a one-stop shop for scholastic success. Currently enrolled students can drop in to one of our specialized resource centers for help with assignments. Reserve a room for your group project. Use a printer or check out a computer. Recharge with a coffee and pastry from Stacks Café.

Isaac went from having one of the lowest GPAs in high school to graduating from JCCC and attending a top-10 aerospace engineering program. Along the way, the Academic Resource Center was a go-to for his college success.
ARC Hours
The Academic Resource Center has a large central area for seating, a printer, and a coffee and snack bar called Stacks. ARC staff members are available at the Ask Desk to help you find where you need to go.
Fall & Spring Semesters
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Saturday: 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Sunday: 1 p.m.-5 p.m.
Summer Session
- Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.-9 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Interim Periods Between Semesters (when campus is open)
The Central District study space will be open for student use Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The Math, Science, Writing, and Academic Achievement Centers will not be open or providing services during these periods.
Spring Break
Spring Break 2026 – Monday, March 16-Sunday, March 22
The Central District (LIB 1), the central study area in the Academic Resource Center, and Library Services (LIB 2) will be open during Spring Break:
- Monday, March 16-Friday, March 20: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Saturday, March 21: 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Sunday, March 22: 1-5 p.m.
During this time, the tutoring centers (Math, Science, Writing, and Academic Achievement Centers) will be closed as study spaces and for tutoring; however, if students need tutoring over Spring Break, they can reach out to the appropriate center to request to be connected to a tutor. Library Services will provide regular services.
On Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15, the Academic Resource Center will be open with regular services available.
