Diana Alt is a product development expert who inherited a passion for educating others from her parents, both of whom were community college faculty members for decades.

Throughout her 20 year career in software product development, Diana has always made time to help others level up their skills, whether it’s through an impromptu conversation about how to do something better, leading a training class, or speaking to large groups at technical conferences such as KCDC or the PMI Professional Development Days.

Diana’s favorite things to teach are product management — a relatively new field in the Midwest — and Agile mindset and framework related courses. She also enjoys teaching classes in business analysis and business process improvement and project management.

Outside her professional endeavors, Diana is interested in books, deep conversations with interesting people, and business coaching and consulting. She also officiates elite CrossFit competitions. In the last few years, she has judged at least a dozen current or past world champions.
