Tuition Assistance for Credit Classes

When you’re ready to enroll, if your employer provides tuition assistance up front, you’ll need to provide the Bursar’s Office with the required authorization prior to the payment deadline. Once you enroll in classes, Third-party Billing will hold your enrollment and JCCC will bill your employer directly for your tuition and fees.

Tuition Reimbursement for Credit Classes

Your employer may require you to successfully complete a class before they authorize payment. These are tuition reimbursement programs, and they do not qualify as third-party billing. You will need to pay for your classes according to the tuition responsibility statement. JCCC is not able to defer your tuition payments if you receive reimbursement directly from your employer.

Tuition assistance for continuing education

Registration payments for continuing education courses are not processed by the Bursar's Office. Instead, you can set up third-party billing. JCCC Continuing Education must receive your signed continuing education class enrollment authorization (for third-party students) before you enroll in your course.
