JCCC offers payment plans for Fall, Spring and Summer credit terms to assist students in paying their tuition and fees.

If you enroll in classes on or before the payment deadline, you must make payment arrangements by the payment deadline or risk being dropped for non-payment. A payment plan is one way to meet the payment deadline. Enrollment in a plan is completely optional.

  • Automatic payments are required.
  • A down payment of $30 is due at the time of plan enrollment. The down payment is applied to your balance. You may choose to make an additional down payment, which will reduce the amount of each installment.
  • Payment amounts are calculated based on your total due for the term. Payment amounts will be recalculated 24 hours after you change your enrollment or receive pending financial aid.
  • Payment dates are fixed and are outlined in the payment plan agreement.
  • Payment dates cannot be changed. If you need to cancel a payment, please contact the Bursar’s Office at least one business day before the payment date.
  • Payment plan notifications, reminder emails and statements are sent to your JCCC-issued email address (stumail). Please check your email regularly.

Students can enroll in a payment plan by logging in to MyFinances and following the steps below. Parents can enroll in a payment plan if they have been added as an Authorized User.

  1. Log in to MyFinances
  2. Select Payment Plans
  3. Click on “Enroll Now” and then select the applicable term

Prior to enrolling in a payment plan, we encourage you to verify your eligibility for grants, scholarships, and loans by completing the FAFSA application and the JCCC Scholarship Application. Please see the Financial Aid calendar for priority deadlines and other important dates. If you accept a financial aid offer after enrolling in a payment plan, your installments payments will recalculate automatically to include pending aid.
