You must make payment arrangements for your classes by the payment deadline or risk being dropped for non-payment.

Ways to Pay Credit Tuition & Fees

  • Pay online with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check in My Finances.  Log in using your MyJCCC username and password. 
  • Enroll in a payment plan.
  • Pay by mail with a check, money order or cashier's check. Include the student’s name and JCCC ID number on your check or money order. 
  • Pay in person at the Bursar’s Office with cash, check, credit card, debit card, or money order.
  • Pay using other forms of payment or aid:
    • 529/College Savings Plans- contact our office for assistance.
    • Third Party Tuition Assistance – email us your authorization today!
    • Financial Aid & Scholarships– An accepted financial aid award will protect your enrollment on the payment deadline. 
    • G.I. Bill®– complete the JCCC Certification Request and Compliance agreement.
    • JCCC Staff Tuition Assistance - please log in to InfoHub and submit the JCCC application for Tuition Assistance to Human Resources by the week before the payment deadline.

Ways to Pay Continuing Education Tuition & Fees

  • Pay online with a credit card or debit card. Contact the CE Registration office at 913-469-2323 for questions.

Important Information

  • Personal checks will be converted to electronic payments.
  • We may assess a returned check fee if your check payment is returned.
  • JCCC does not accept domestic wire payments for tuition and fees.
  • Billing statements are provided electronically in MyFinances. We will mail a paper statement upon request.
  • Billing statements are static and do not reflect activity (payments, adds/drops, financial aid, etc.) that happens after the statement date.
  • Students must grant access for authorized users to view and/or pay their JCCC bill through My Finances.
