Reporting an issue

  1. While at the machine, look for a sticker with the Coca-Cola logo. Find the Asset Number.

  2. Visit cokeservice.com and click on “Your Equipment.”
  3. Click on “Asset Number.”
  4. Enter the Asset Number.
  5. Click “Confirm – Account Correct.”
  6. Select your role at the College. If you are an employee, select “Customer.” Otherwise, select “Consumer.”
  7. Enter your contact information.
  8. Select the problem the machine is experiencing, the briefly describe the issue.
  9. Enter the available service times as Mon-Fri, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Click “Submit Request.”
  10. You will receive an email or text confirming your request has been received. You will also receive updates on the work as it progresses.

To report an issue for a Canteen snack vending machine, call Canteen at 913-599-0009. Have the Asset Number ready.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund for a Heartland Coca-Cola machine, email dining@jccc.edu with the subject line “Vending Refund” and include the Asset Number, what you were attempting to get, and the date and time you tried to use the machine. Coca-Cola machines are cashless and may place a temporary hold (up to 2x the highest priced item) on your account. These holds usually release within two business days.

Call Canteen at 913-599-0009. Have the Asset Number, what you were attempting to get, and the date and time you tried to use the machine ready.
