After a crash, it can take anywhere from five to 55 minutes before an ambulance arrives. If a fellow rider is in distress, will you know what to do? Learn how to safely assist with courses from JCCC. Our training is tailored for first responders or avid motorcyclists.
Participation is limited to Kansas residents and/or Kansas-employed first responders.

Calling all first responders! This CAPCE-accredited class is designed for professional rescuers who may arrive on the scene of a motorcycle crash. This course assumes participants already know how to treat injuries and concentrates on specific motorcycle-related concerns such as scene safety, helmet removal, jaw thrust rescue breathing, mechanisms of injury, and psychosocial aspects of the crash scene.
