Lizbeth A.

Hello! I’m in my first year of college, studying biology. This is my first semester as a student ambassador, and I am beyond excited! I enjoy learning about science and spending time with family and friends.

Major: Biology / Pre-dentistry

Fun fact: I love to dance (and I practiced ballet for 10 years).

Leslie D.

Hello, Hola! This is my second year at JCCC, and I plan to transfer to UMKC to obtain a bachelor's. This is my first year as an ambassador, and I couldn’t be more excited! I’m also the social media executive for Latinos United Now and Always (LUNA). 

Major: Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing

Fun fact: I've seen the Golden Gate Bridge in person!

Hey! This is my third year at JCCC, and my second year as an ambassador. I’m completing my Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees and applying for the JCCC Dental Hygiene program. I’m also vice president of Latinos United Now and Always (LUNA).

Major: Associate of Arts and Science

Fun fact: I'm a Mexican folklorico dancer!

Hola! I am currently majoring in Liberal Arts and plan to transfer to UMKC to complete my Elementary Education degree. This is my third year as a student admissions ambassador, and it's been an amazing experience! 

Major: Liberal Arts / Elementary Education

Fun fact: I graduated from high school a year early.

Roberto O.

Hi! My name is Roberto and this is my second year as an ambassador. I’m enrolled in JCCC’s architecture program, and I plan to transfer to another university next fall to eventually earn a master's degree in architecture.

Major:  Liberal Arts / Architecture

Fun fact: I own a 1990 Honda CRX SI.

Namaste! I’m currently at JCCC for Liberal Arts with plans to transfer to KU for Finance and Computer Science. This is my first year as an ambassador. I’m also part of the Honors program to evolve my education further. 

Major: Liberal Arts / Finance, Computer Science

Fun fact: I can speak 4 languages—English, Hindi, French, and Nepali.
