The College sponsors defined contribution retirement plans under the provisions of Internal Revenue Code Sections 403(b) and 457(b), the Johnson County Community College (JCCC) 403(b) Plan and the Johnson County Community College 457(b) Tax Deferred Retirement Plan (collectively “the Plans”). All JCCC employees are eligible to participate in and make voluntary contributions to the Plans.
