A New Hub for Healthcare

Our new Healthcare Education Building will provide for growth, co-locate all healthcare programming on the main campus, and establish the Science and Healthcare Neighborhood.

By moving programs from the Olathe Health Education Center (OHEC) to the heart of JCCC, healthcare students get direct access to all campus resources, from tutoring to counseling to student activities.

What This Means for JCCC Students:

  • Immersive Training: Practice hands-on skills in high-fidelity simulation labs that mirror real-world hospital settings, including ICU rooms and surgical suites.
  • Collaborative Learning: Study with peers in group study spaces designed for rigorous academic life.
  • Program Growth: This new facility allows JCCC to expand our Practical Nursing and Registered Nursing programs. It also enables the College launch new, in-demand  programs such as Sonography, Surgical Technology, and Radiographic Technology.
