2016 Facilities Master Plan
The new Facilities Master Plan builds on the foundation established in 2016 when JCCC’s Board of Trustees adopted the Facilities Master Plan plan. Created with a 10-year framework, this plan provided a shared vision for making decisions about building and renovation projects that ultimately transformed the campus.
These projects included the new Fine Arts & Design Studios and the Hugh L. Libby Career and Technical Education Center, plus renovations of the Welding, Construction and Machining Technology building and the Student Center, new athletic facilities, and consolidation of academic resource centers on the first floor of the Billington Library.
