You need hands-on experience to succeed in the fast-changing field of journalism and media communications.
Even as a freshman, in JCCC's program, you can get supervised on-the-job training and earn college credit at the same time. It's the kind of opportunity that our former students say is invaluable, and you can't get it in your first -- or sometimes second year -- at many four-year schools.
You can transfer up to 12 journalism and media communications credits from JCCC to the University of Kansas, Kansas State, Washburn University and other four-year schools.
