Registration on eBid eXchange
Follow the directions on eBid eXchange to begin the registration process. Your agreement of general terms and conditions copy of your most recent W9 is required and needs to be approved by the college. Substitute W9 form available on the site.
It is the bidder's responsibility to keep company information and contacts current. Bid notifications, addenda and other pertinent information will be published on the site and automatic notifications sent to current company contacts.
Please pay particular attention to the opening date/time of each solicitation, as late bids may be rejected. Bid addenda, if applicable, may be found on the “Documents” tab under each solicitation.
Bid documents posted to the college eBid eXchange site represent the most current information and take precedence over any other documents obtained through any other means.
