Free to Employers – Reach out to new talent at JCCC
JCCC students are prepared
JCCC’s Career Development Center shares best practices in job posting and what students should look for in a reputable company. Students ask questions about:
- Type of employment (full-time, part-time, temporary, etc)
- How to apply and what is needed to apply
- If work is onsite, hybrid or remote
- Salary range
- Job duties and skills needed
- Credential requirements (certifications, degrees, years of experience)

Employers will be denied these privileges if there is an attempt to mislead or withhold information about the structure of their company, the nature of their recruiting practices or noncompliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) standards. At no time should an employer sell directly or indirectly while recruiting on campus. Employers will follow the eligibility requirements for job pasting as defined by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
