Practical Living
Cooking for Life– Learn essential cooking skills that promote independence, healthy eating, and confidence. Through hands-on practice, students will build a strong foundation to enjoy cooking for a lifetime. *Expansion for Saturday. Instructor: Kristan M.
Road Trip USA– The USA is full of interesting roadside attractions. Learn how to plan and chart a trip across the country. Instructor: John T.
TikTok Topics– Create short, engaging presentations modeled after the quick, impactful style of TikTok. Students will research a variety of subjects and practice sharing their ideas in clear, creative, and bite-sized formats. *Expansion for Saturday. Instructor: Julie C.
Exercise and Recreation
Move and Groove!– Dancing is great exercise and great FUN! Learn how to use a variety of dances as aerobic exercise. Everyone is welcome! Instructor: Debbie B.
Walking for Health– Walking is the perfect exercise. Come and learn the health benefits of walking and see how many steps you can take. Pedometers will be furnished in class. Instructor: Sally P.

Arts & Crafts– Create different imaginative art projects with a variety of materials. Instructor: Gina M.
Coloring for Adults– Many adults have rediscovered the fun and relaxation of blending colors to make colorful pictures, patterns and designs. It’s not just for kids anymore. Instructor: Jane W.
FigureWorks: People in Art – Explore how to make people using a variety of art forms such as drawing, painting and collage. Learn the basics of texture and storytelling through art. Instructor: Gina M.

Amazing Places: KC Edition– Explore the history, culture and landmarks of our amazing area! From the Country Club Plaza to KC’s roots in the Jazz music scene, discover hidden gems and favorites alike. Instructor: TBD
Animals Helping Earth– Did you know that animals play important roles in keeping our planet healthy? From bees pollinating flowers to beavers building wetlands, students will explore how different species help the Earth and what makes these relationships so special. Instructor: Carol G.
Broadway Musicals– Are you a fan of Wicked or Hamilton? How about classics like The Sound of Music or My Fair Lady? Study these masterpieces of music and stage — the actors, the venues and the shows, both past and present. Instructor: TBD
