The Financial Aid team offers flexible ways to connect!

IN-PERSON: Visit the Student Center, 2nd floor, during business hours for walk-in help and required in-person document submission. When turning in documents, please include your name and student ID on each page.

  • Monday – Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Thursday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you are experiencing financial challenges or changes, we encourage you to reach out to us.

Release of Information

Students must provide their student ID number and verify additional information to discuss their account over the phone. If you are calling on behalf of a student, the student will need to have a release of information form on file before we can discuss their account.
