The application is the first step in the enrollment process; select Non-Degree Seeking or Liberal Arts for your major and the appropriate term.
After you receive your JCCC ID number, follow the steps below. It may take 10 business days for your application to be processed; please email the Admissions office if you apply to the program within 10 days of the posted deadline.
Current JCCC Students:
- Complete the application
- Arrange for official transcripts (all colleges with transfer work toward the PN program) to be sent directly to JCCC. It is not necessary to request JCCC transcripts or transcripts already on file at JCCC. Your college transcripts must demonstrate a prerequisite GPA of 2.0 or higher to be eligible for admission to the program. All documents must be submitted prior to the application deadline (July 1) for students to be considered eligible for application to the program.
- Submit the Disclosure and Consent for Background Check form.
- Email your current KS CNA verification to the Admissions office or drop it off at the Student Center Room 319.
- Have your supervisor submit your work history form
Monitor your personal admission plan, your MyJCCC account and your student email for information on your application status.
