GED® Test Preparation

Prepare for the GED® Test

Passing the General Educational Development® (GED®) test and earning a Kansas state high school diploma opens doors. You're likely to have more job opportunities and greater chances for more responsible, better-paying jobs. If you choose, you may enroll in college classes.

The GED® exam tests your reading, writing and math skills. You'll also have to answer questions about social studies and science.

The first step to prepare for the exam is to attend a required orientation session.

Beware! Protect yourself from fraudulent diplomas.

There are hundreds of websites offering high school diplomas, GED® credentials, and other degrees. What they don't tell you is the "accredited degree" they offer is practically worthless. These sites are looking to make a quick buck at your expense — and they're charging anywhere from $50 to $500 to do it. [more]
