Student Training
Johnson County Community College is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages and fosters the achievement of academic pursuits and the personal development of our students. To assist in these efforts, the College has made available the following video training that provides vital information on a variety of important topics including:
- Consent and Sexual Assault
- Bystander Intervention
- Verbal Defense
- Alcohol
- Dating and Domestic Violence
- Sexual Harassment
- Stalking
- JCCC Campus Definitions and Title IX Contacts
We encourage you to dedicate this time to learn more about how you can keep yourself and others safe as we navigate the JCCC campus and engage in healthy relationships.
Steps to Enroll in Training
- Visit the Canvas Title IX Sexual Misconduct Prevention Course
- Sign in using your JCCC username and password
- Select "Enroll in Course" located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
- From there you will be able to go directly to the course by selecting "Go to the Course" located in the upper right-hand corner, or you will be able to access the course from your Canvas dashboard
To preview the course without JCCC credentials:
- Visit safecolleges.com
- Select the Register button
- Use self registration key: KansasDE
