What is a job shadow?
Job shadowing is a one-time, two-to-four-hour experience where Mentors show you their day-to-day work environment. Mentors can share stories of personal job exploration, career paths, education, and how they chose this profession. Completing a job shadow is an excellent way to discover career opportunities and expand your network.
