JCCC’s Business Office Technology certificate and degree offerings are aligned with the International Association of Administrative Professionals’ (IAAP) Body of Knowledge for the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) exam. Additional industry certifications like HubSpot, Hootsuite, Microsoft Office, and the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) can also be pursued.
