The Lifetime Fitness Center is available for use by all enrolled JCCC students and all College employees.

Between Semesters, Spring Break Hours:

Free access for current students and employees/spouse/dependents with use of JCCC ID card. Qualified instructors are available to help with proper form and create personalized exercise programs.

Facilities
The Barbara Gill Lifetime Fitness Center offers:
- 20-minute total body circuit training system
- Selectorized weight machines
- Plate-loaded Smith machine and Glute Drive
- Free weights
- Endless Rope machine
- Cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals/ARCs, bikes, rowers, and step-mills)
- Resistance bands, stability balls, balance pads, and foam rollers
Maximize your fitness
All services are free with your JCCC ID. Get advice on the proper form and technique from qualified instructors. Assess and keep track of your progress with our fitness assessments.
Know before you go
- ID is required to enter the Lifetime Fitness Center, or the Fieldhouse (indoor track). You will need either a physical ID, an ID on your phone (with photo and ID#), or a government issued photo ID. Employees will not have the ability to look up your JCCC ID.
- Workout towels will be provided and will be handled and laundered following CDC fitness center guidelines. You may bring your own towel if you choose.
- There is a water bottle filling station available in the Fitness Center as well as water fountains.
- Locker rooms are open. If you are interested in checking out a locker, please email [email protected].
- Each patron is expected to wipe down all machines they use. Wipes are provided.
