CLEAR (College Learning Experiences, Activities and Resources) offers special events each June to complement its academic-year program.
Registration for Summer Camp is limited to existing CLEAR Expansion participants. Students must be between the ages of 18 and 26, have participated in CLEAR Expansion classes and continue to meet attendance criteria to attend Expansion Summer Camp.
Game On!
Monday, June 1-Friday, June 5
- Session 1: 9-11:30 a.m.
- Session 2: 12:30-3 p.m.
Get ready for a week full of games, challenges, and friendly competition! Students will act out characters in improv, solve clever puzzles and strategy games, team up to tackle challenges, and even play classic fan favorites. Through hands-on activities and games, participants will practice strategy, creative thinking and quick decision making- all while having fun, trying new games and connecting with friends.
Kitchen Science
Monday, June 8- Friday June 12
- Session 1: 9-11:30 a.m.
- Session 2: 12:30-3 p.m.
Dive into a week of hands-on experiments that turn everyday ingredients into amazing science! Students will make rock candy, build solar ovens for s’mores, create lava lamps, explore density with colorful liquids and even make ice cream in a bag. Participants will practice observation, teamwork, and problem-solving while discovering how science is part of everyday life.
