Can You Believe It?: Have you ever read a “fact” on the internet or seen a claim made in advertising and wondered if it was true? Learn how to fact check the things you read or hear using various tools and methods. 20150 G
Chair Yoga: Learn to stretch, tone and relax your mind and body using the ancient practice of Yoga. These poses will be modified to be completed while seated in a chair. 20124 I
Child Development: Learning about the stages that children go through as they grow will help you with baby sitting and day care work. Spending time with children will be even more enjoyable when you know what they need and why they need it. 20127 G

Work-Flix: Learn about different jobs and workplace expectations by exploring careers the way you might browse shows on a streaming service. Through interactive activities and real‑world examples, the course helps students build essential work habits, communication skills, and confidence for future employment. 20163 E
