Use your mobile JCCC ID for financial transactions. Set up mobile credentials and add funds to your JCCC ID Portal to use as payment at many campus locations.
Two ways to access your JCCC ID Portal
- Log into MyJCCC, find the “Resources – Student” card, select My ID Card.
- Directly access your account at MyCard.JCCC.edu using your MyJCCC username and password to log in.

Use your account to:
- Make a deposit or set up automatic deposits
- Check balances and transactions
- View account activity
- Upload a photo
- See your virtual card (used for identification purposes only)
- Grant guest access
- Deactivate a lost ID card
Your JCCC ID can hold funds in two different accounts:
- Dining Dollars: If you deposit $100 or more in the Dining Dollars, you receive additional dollars equal to 5% of the deposit on your account. These funds can only be used at Dining Services locations to purchase meals, beverages, or snacks.
- JCCC Dollars: Deposit any dollar amount to use at the Bookstore, all Dining Services locations, and to pay tuition and fees at the Bursar’s office.
Give a gift to a student or employee
CavCards are JCCC gift cards that can be used at Dining Services, the Bookstore, and other campus areas.
Purchase a CavCard at ShopJCCC or in person at the Bursar's Office and Bookstore.

Refunds and money remaining on JCCC ID
If you continue to take classes at JCCC, the money on your JCCC ID at the end of a semester will be available the following semester.
If you graduate, withdraw, or transfer to another college, you must request a refund within 12 months of your separation. To request a refund, contact the Bursar's Office.
- If you owe the College any money at the time of your request, the balance remaining on your card will first be applied to your unpaid tuition and fees.
- If you do not request a refund within 12 months, a check minus an administrative fee will be mailed to the address on the cardholder’s record and/or will be turned over to the State Treasurer’s Office as unclaimed property.
JCCC ID cardholder's liability for unauthorized purchases
Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to be inactivated. The account holder is responsible for any and all card purchases.
Notification procedure for lost or stolen cards or unauthorized purchases
Notice of lost/stolen cards or of unauthorized card use should be reported immediately, by calling, emailing, or visiting the Student Engagment Desk on the first floor of the Student Center.

Unauthorized use or knowing of misuse of a JCCC lD card other than one's own constitutes fraudulent activity. Such activity will be investigated, is punishable by law, and may result in loss of card and account privileges.
