Definition: Assesses students’ sense of belonging at JCCC. The Student Satisfaction Inventory measures both satisfaction and importance of unique items. Satisfaction and Importance are measured on a scale of 1 to 7. The benchmark data is provided by the vendor Ruffalo Noel-Levitz. Survey administered each Spring semester. Updated annually every July.
