The Technical Support Center (TSC) helps JCCC students, faculty and staff address issues with technology, online access and equipment.


TSC Support Hours

Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

To request technical assistance with your JCCC account or password, please contact us  by phone at 913-469-8500, ext. 4357 (HELP) and leave a message, or email the TSC.

You can also submit a technical support requests online using the JCCC TeamDynamix portal. If you're asked to log in, enter your JCCC username and password.

Information Services staff are monitoring submitted requests and are working to resolve support needs.
