OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The Kansas Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Johnson County Community College (JCCC) and the Capital Access Center (CAC) will co-host a one-day summit, “Bridging the Capital Gap: A Kansas SBDC Lending Summit,” from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 11 in the Capitol Federal Conference Center at JCCC.

This summit is designed to connect and support small businesses, entrepreneurs, bankers and nontraditional lending partners interested in learning from and networking with each other.

“With this summit,” said Jessica Johnson, Regional Director for the Kansas SBDC at JCCC, “we aim to encourage business collaborations, strengthen business and lender relationships, provide capital funding education and showcase local resources.”

Economist Chris Kuehl is the keynote speaker.

Register at jcccsbdc.com/lending before April 9 for $75 (early-bird price) and $99 starting April 10. Registration opens March 20.
