OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Get a taste of fashion’s boldest flavors at JCCC’s 2023 Fashion Show at 6 p.m. Friday, April 21, in the state-of-the-art Wylie Hospitality and Culinary Academy (WHCA) lobby.

Following the show’s theme, “Eye Candy,” the fashion department has partnered with the culinary department to showcase delicacies for the eyes and the palate.

Each eye-catching runway creation is the original design of students in the Apparel Design and Technology AAS program. Many looks feature sustainable materials, showcasing the department’s focus on environmentally friendly fashion.

All proceeds from this tasty event go toward student scholarships. Additional donations to support Fashion Merchandising & Design scholarships are welcome. Tickets can be purchased online at the Midwest Trust Center Box Office or by calling 913-469-4445.

Bon appétit!
