How to use the Student Success Center

The Student Success Center is in the building called the Student Center, on the second floor.

Ask all your enrollment and college-related questions in the Student Success Center and you will be directed to the person who can help answer your questions.

Success Center Services are All Available Online

New student orientation
Live virtual orientations are offered three times each week through Zoom. Attending a virtual presentation gives you the opportunity to engage with other students and meet your success advocate.

Counselors are available by appointment via Zoom, walk-in via Zoom, email or IM. They are dedicated to your academic success. Together you will create an educational plan to match your career goals. You can discuss with them classes and grades as well as how to transfer to another college or university. Plus, you can talk to them about any personal, financial or educational barriers you have.

Success Advocates
JCCC Success Advocates will chart your educational journey at JCCC. Success advocates are your problem-solvers and your human GPS. They will share tips for success, help you finish enrollment, explain College policies, procedures and deadlines, and match you with activities and interests across campus. They will help you chart your PATHWAY through JCCC.

Access Services
