As a Dual Degree student, you’ll spend your junior and senior year full-time on our innovative JCCC campus. As a Cavalier, you can take advantage of a wide-ranging college experience:
- Join one (or several) inviting clubs and organizations—we have over 100
- Get access to unlimited free tutoring online or in-person
- Hone your leadership skills with engaging on-campus opportunities
- Meet lifelong friends on the volleyball court, at annual events or in the Student Lounge

Dual Degree Fall Enrollment (mid-April)
Get ready for the fall semester! Meet with your high school counselor and enroll.
Dual Degree Counseling (Fall)
As a first-time college student, you’ll complete New Student Orientation online and be assigned a Success Coach to help you prepare for your first semester. Your Success Coach will introduce you to your assigned Counselor, who can help you create an academic plan tailored to your needs.
Dual Degree gives you the opportunity to attend JCCC full-time, receive dual credit for their coursework and take an average of 15 credit hours each semester, resulting in a high school diploma and associate degree.
JCCC offers an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science through the Dual Degree program.
The Dual Degree program is open to any student excited to learn and get ahead with JCCC. Careful course selection and ongoing communication with counselors at both JCCC and your home high school is necessary to ensure coursework is aligned so you will be able to receive your high school diploma while receiving your associate degree.
