Scott Stackhouse is the Artistic Coordinator for the Theatre Department at JCCC. A graduate of UCLA's M.F.A. Acting program, Scott has worked nationally as a director, vocal coach, actor and fight choreographer. Professional and academic directing credits include True West, The Comedy of Errors, Noises Off!, A Devil Inside, The 39 Steps, Shipwrecked!, Macbeth, The Commedia Pinocchio, Lysistrata, and the Midwest premiere of The Atomic View Motel. Professional voice coaching credits include productions at local KC theatres such as KC Repertory, Unicorn, Fishtank and The Coterie, as well as regional theaters including Tent Theatre and Portland Center Stage. Scott is a working voice actor and an editor-at-large for the International Dialects of English Archive (IDEA).
