Math

Class Format

Face-to-face.

Resource Use

Textbooks Textbooks are an optional purchase.

Calculators Scientific or financial calculators are used, calculators are not allowed on some Fundamentals of Math tests and on some graphing masteries.

Computer software Used in Fundamentals of Math, Elementary Algebra, and Intermediate Algebra.

Online homework Used in Fundamentals of Math, Elementary Algebra, and Intermediate Algebra.

Assessment

5 unit tests plus the final exam.

Homework Policy

Homework is given each class and due the next class period; Fundamentals of Math, Elementary Algebra, and Intermediate Algebra use My Math Lab for homework.

Attendance Policy

Extra credit given at the end of the semester for good attendance as detailed in the syllabus.
