Diagnose computer issues while providing stellar customer service

This two-year program includes instruction in computer concepts, information systems, networking, security, and customer service. Provide technical assistance, support, and advice to computer users. Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking problems while learning to install and repair hardware and software. Courses are completed in state-of-the-art computer labs on JCCC’s main campus.
