OVERLAND PARK, KS – Johnson County Community College (JCCC) is excited to announce the selection of Christina McGee, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, for Vice President of Human Resources. McGee assumed the position at JCCC on March 25, 2024.

McGee holds a master’s degree in business administration from Missouri State University and earned her Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources designation. She brings notable experience to JCCC and has served in a variety of human resources roles throughout her career in higher education, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer at Kansas City Kansas Community College.

“I believe Christina’s expertise and leadership are a great match for the success of both short- and long-term employee engagement initiatives at JCCC,” said Dr. Judy Korb, Interim President of JCCC.

As Vice President of Human Resources, McGee will provide informed executive leadership and strategic direction to JCCC’s Human Resources department. Throughout her career, she has developed and implemented programs to support employee development, streamlined HR processes to align with organizational goals and increased employee engagement. JCCC is pleased to welcome her to the team.
