Spin the globe and stop it at random. Chances are we have a study abroad program in whatever country your finger lands on.

Faculty-led Trips

Open to students and community members, participants experience new cultures, see significant landmarks and make lasting memories alongside an experienced and knowledgeable JCCC faculty member.

Longer-term Programs

JCCC partners with the College for International Studies (CIS) and the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) to provide study abroad opportunities in 51 countries.

Your expenses will vary depending on several factors:

  • Cost of living in the host country
  • Program length
  • Airfare
  • Housing
  • Meals
  • Personal expenses

Most programs don’t require you to speak the language of your host country, but Oberlin University’s Japan program does have a minimum language requirement.

Review the program you’re interested in for specific details. For a more enriching experience, we recommend you take at least one semester-length class of the most common language spoken in your chosen country.
