Darrell Wapp
Welding Trainer

Darrell Wapp, Railroad Welding Trainer, decided teaching would be his vocation in his second year as an agriculture education student at Kansas State University. Wapp worked in manufacturing and also taught welding to high school students for 16 years and joined the NARS staff in 2007. Wapp describes himself as a "team player." He encourages students to be willing participants and to never hesitate to ask questions.
He enjoys his two teenagers, archery and following K-State sports.
