Additional information
I'm looking forward to meeting all of you and introducing you to my passion, nutrition and lifestyle wellness. Nutrition is a changing and often controversial subject that impacts events in today’s news, global health, environment and business concerns. I encourage you to become more focused in the hands-on application of your nutrition and choices for your personal health and its impact on others.
I came back to teaching at the college level in 2007. My hope is to give back to you some knowledge and experiences that I have discovered during my career in nutrition and private practice.
When I’m not teaching students, I help others through my private nutrition practice and environmental groups. My favorite pastimes are swimming, beach walks, yoga, photography, traveling and constantly learning new things.
