What Is the Involvement Transcript?

Your Involvement Transcript highlights your out-of-classroom experiences at JCCC, such as events you attended, organizations you joined, positions you held and self-reported experiences you have submitted. These include—but are not limited to—awards, conferences, internships and study abroad opportunities.

Why Create an Involvement Transcript?

The Involvement Transcript is a great way to highlight your accomplishments while attending JCCC. It provides an understanding of the impact of your involvement at the College. The Involvement Transcript is intended to complement your academic transcript or résumé, and can be used in many ways, including:

  • Applying to jobs or universities
  • Applying for scholarships
  • Preparing for interviews

Where Do I Start?

To access your Involvement Transcript:

  • Log in to Get Involved @JCCC
  • Sign in with your JCCC credentials
  • In the top-right corner, select your picture or initial. This will open a drop-down menu that includes the “Involvement Transcript” tab.
  • As you scroll through your transcript, you can add and sort positions, organization memberships, experiences, reflections and service hours. You can also decide which items to include on your personal record.

Updating past memberships: Under your account, select the “Membership History” tab, where you can edit current and past memberships and add reflections.

Submitting experience requests: Under your account, select the “Experiences” tab, where you can add your experiences on campus.
