Instructors have provided the following information to generally describe what to expect in their classes.

Economics

Class Format

The class is mainly lecture with class participation. 

Resource Use

Textbook: Yes, you will use your textbook whenever you open it and read it, but you won’t be reading it in class.

Calculator: Yes, you must purchase a non-graphing calculator for use in this class.

Assessment

Grades are determined by four tests, assignments and two reports.

On line courses have 16 quizzes and 16 discussions and two reports.

Homework Policy

Assignments are required.

Attendance Policy

I do not take roll but there are many assignments and if they are missed the student does not get credit. It is our department’s policy to not drop students for lack of attendance. If a student stops attending, it’s up to them to drop the course.
