2 p.m.: Debut and Classical Orchestras
Celebrate the opening of Youth Symphony of Kansas City’s 68th Season at our Fall Concert featuring the Debut and Classical Orchestras on Sunday at 2 p.m. This special afternoon performance highlights the hard work and musical accomplishments of our YSKC students as they begin a new season together. Under the direction of Anna Cook and Andrew Book, the Debut Orchestra joins the Classical Orchestra, led by Raffaele Cipriano, in a program that reflects the excitement of a new year and the shared joy of making music. We invite family, friends, and music lovers from across the community to join us as we kick off another season of Growth Through Music.

7 p.m.: Philharmonic & Symphony Orchestras
Join us at 7 p.m. for an evening of outstanding music featuring YSKC’s Philharmonic and Symphony Orchestras as part of our 68th Season. Conductors Amanda Kremer and Dawn Herron lead the Philharmonic Orchestra, while Creston Herron conducts the Symphony Orchestra in a performance celebrating the dedication and musicianship of these remarkable young artists. For nearly seven decades, the Youth Symphony of Kansas City has brought students together through the transformative power of music, and this concert continues that tradition with an evening of inspiration, connection, and exceptional orchestral performance.
