Grammy-winners 123 Andrés are Christina and Andrés, with catchy songs and interactive, high-energy concerts in Spanish and English.

Billboard calls 123 Andrés "rock stars for little language learners." This husband-wife team rock out on stages across the US and Latin America, bringing fresh original songs that blend an eclectic mix of sounds from all corners of Latin America. 123 Andrés pack their show with positive vibes and energetic songs that get the whole family dancing and learning.

In 2024 they won the Grammy for "Best Children's Album" for their latest album, "We Grow Together." This follows their win of the Latin Grammy in 2016, in the same category, for their album "Arriba Abajo," making them the first act to win both the Grammy and Latin Grammy for "Best Children's Album."

Three of their songs have been transformed into books! "Hola, Amigo" and two other songs are now available as bilingual books, published by Scholastic.

Many families also know Andrés and Christina as the hosts of the PBS Kids podcast Jamming on the Job, which was honored by the American Library Association for "Excellence in Early Learning Digital Media."

Andrés grew up in Bogotá, Colombia, and learned how to play the guitar from his father at an early age. He had his first studio experience when he was 8. He went on to earn a doctorate in music from UMKC and he won the National Composition Contest in Colombia for one of his early songs.

Christina grew up in the KC metro, in a Spanish-speaking family from Colombia. Her love for the stage began with theater and dance as a child. After college, she taught and received a master’s degree in education. She found her calling teaching through music when she joined 123 Andrés!
