The Office of Inclusion & Belonging serves the JCCC community in pursuit of the College’s mission, vision, and values using evidence-based and research-backed services. It’s designed to maximize inclusion and belonging efforts on campus by offering:

  • Programming and support for students and employees
  • Events servicing the Johnson County community
  • Training and development centered on best practices

The office works to align all initiatives and programming to support students, employees, and community partners as outlined within the College’s Strategic Plan Goals.
