JCCC works with employers to assist them in recruiting students for jobs and internships.

These are the services and programs we offer to eligible employers including job postings and student recruitment. Job postings are subject to review and approval. The Career Development Center reserves the right to deny job postings and recruiting privileges to employers that do not meet the employer eligibility and recruitment guidelines.

Posting Your Job

We recommend using both services to post your position.

JobLinksSM for Employers

JobLinksSM is a free job posting database provided by the career development center for JCCC students, JCCC alumni, community members and employers. It is designed to advise job seekers of full-time, part-time and internship positions offered by employers. JCCC follows Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines. To use JobLinks download Employer JobLinks Instructions.  Your employer instructions guide you through your registration and account creation. You will then be able to use the Employer JobLinks Login to continue accessing your account to update your job information.

Career Development Center Job Posting

Your position will be posted for one month in the career development center, featured on two campus job boards and forwarded to the appropriate academic programs to post for their students.

Submit the employer job posting request to have your position posted through career development. You will need to use Internet Explorer version 10 or higher when submitting this form. Also, you may choose to save this form to your desktop, complete it and email the completed form to the Career Development Center.

Internship Development

Internship development for JCCC students is a partnership between the employer, the college and the student. Potential internship opportunities and sites will be subject to review by our JCCC employment relations/internship coordinator and faculty to determine academic appropriateness and educational value.

Employers Offering Unpaid Internships - Refer to the Fair Labor Standards Act Guidelines for Unpaid Internships PDF.
