Fund the future of sustainability!

Sit down to a farm-to-table dinner while supporting Sustainable Agriculture scholarships.

Savor three courses prepared by local legend, Chef Anourom Thomson from Anousone. Using fresh produce from JCCC’s Open Petal Farm and other nearby producers, Chef Thomson will design an appetizing meal reflecting the flavors of the local harvest.

Following dinner, jazz duo Victor & Penny will delight with dazzling harmonies at the free Light Up the Lawn concert in front of the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art.

Chef Thomson's menu for the evening (subject to change with availability):

  • Cucumber Salad – Sliced English cucumbers with edamame and bell peppers, tossed in sesame soy glaze, served sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds on a bed of field greens
  • Entrée – Half roasted Cornish hen with yellow curry sauce, whipped blue cheese mashed potatoes, and sauteed baby carrots
  • Dessert – Flourless chocolate torte with mixed berry coulis and Chantilly cream
