Fun for all ages — A zany Shakespearean tale!

JCCC Department of Theatre presents the First Annual Summer Shakespeare Project, The Comedy of Errors, a classic romp of mistaken identities and madcap behavior.

This timeless tale will be performed outdoors at Fountain Square outside Billington Library. The show is free and open to the public — no tickets required. First come, first seated. Please bring your own lawn chair.

This is the first year of the Summer Shakespeare Project, where high school students looking to deepen their practice have worked alongside JCCC faculty and students in the production of a Shakespearean play. Much like The Comedy of Errors, this project has been wild from start to finish, beginning with a series of three workshops, followed by rehearsals and, finally, performances. We hope you will enjoy the hard work put into this project from students and faculty alike.

Sign Language Interpreters are available upon request. Please email your request to accessservices@jccc.edu or call 913-469-3234 10 days prior to the selected performance.
