The JCCC Science and Math Poster Symposium is an event to showcase student research and projects. Science and math students at JCCC are invited to present their work at the symposium.

Don't miss this showcase of science and math research developed by JCCC students. Student posters will be presented in sessions:

  • 9-10:15 a.m.
  • 10:30-11:45 a.m.
  • Noon-1:15 p.m.
  • 1:30-2:45 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public. Come and go as you please. Refreshments will be served throughout the day. The goals of the symposium include:

  • Providing students an opportunity to showcase their research or project in a conference setting
  • Building confidence in communicating scientific and mathematical information
  • Providing students with feedback from judges who are experts in their fields
  • Providing an opportunity for science and math students and faculty to collaborate
  • Providing an opportunity to stimulate interest in science- and math-related fields
